B. The Defendants’ Failures To Report Their Conversion Solutions Income Are Admissible

Defendants Harris and Stanley in 2006 each drew approximately $300,000 in salary from Conversion Solutions, a company with no revenue. Defendant Stanley also personally realized over $200,000 in kickbacks from family member stock sales. Neither Defendant reported this income, or indeed filed any income at all for at least 2005-2006. Similarly, Defendant Horton filed a return in 2006, but omitted the $100,000 kickback he received from family member stock sales.
