The other aspect to consider is what would happen if one of their big clients tried to acquire them. LTBG would immediately become an in-house shop of the that particular client and lose all of the clients competitors.

It only takes effect after a 15% ownership.

I think it is forward thinking and beneficial for both the shareholders and their client base.
