I don't know if anyone is currently following VUPDA, but Kipplinger's financial magazine has an interesting article on this and five other under $10 stocks. Basically, their research is that VUPDA and the other 5 stocks are undervalued and good buys at this time. VUPDA is near its 52 week low probably because of last quarter earnings disappointment. Anyone else seen the Kipplinger's report? If so, what is your opinion?
