Okay, the instructions and definitions are all in the header, but here's what it says:
2X and 3X predictions:
You have available to you a choice of 2X and 3X predictions. You are allowed five of these X type predictions for the entire month so use them wisely. You can use them any time throughout the entire month, there are no restrictions on when they can be used.
A correct 2X prediction would move your leader board ranking up by two points instead of the usual one point. A correct 3X prediction would move your ranking up by three points. A wrong 2X prediction would lower your ranking by one point, a wrong 3X prediction would lower your ranking by two points.
If you make a 2X or 3X prediction and are correct, then your account would receive double or triple the credit for that day’s price move. If your prediction is wrong, then your account would be debited double or triple the price move for that day.
Is this more clear? You rise and fall on the leader board each day depending on whether your guru prediction is correct... if you're right, then you move up by one point, if you're wrong, you don't move... the tally is the number of correct predictions for the month... but you also have available, if you want to leverage your prediction, 2X and 3X predictions, and you have a total of five of them for the month... you can do all 2X or all 3X or any combination you wish... it's completely up to you, you're competing with the rest of the field, but it's only a game, never let your ego get too deeply into it... it's really lots of fun and it really does sharpen your skills to some degree...
