Once they rule that way. But if you don't show up, the judge may not rule that way. And it is obvious, with a record of 0 wins and 23 losses, her lawsuits are totally baseless. And, in a couple of cases, the judges made so much fun of her that she had reason for appeal. Remember, the woman is also accused of suborning perjury, so the case may not sound baseless when she first presents it.
