Chirodoc -

Could you layout for the thread, the steps involved with
a patient getting Synvisc.

I am getting a different image between this case and the
ones that someone spoke of in Canada.

To be specific, what TYPES of doctors are involved, what
types of procedures are involved (is arthroscope ALWAYS
a first step?)

The picture I got from Canada was that you goto a doctors
office, wait in a waiting room , then go in and see
the doctor just like you would for a type of normal
visit to a doctor.

However, the actual experience just described involved a
few posts ago, involved (a) hospital (b) several types
of doctors (c) a procedure BEFORE the giving of Synvisc
(d) a final Synvisc procedure at a later date.

Is this (above) going to be the "NORMAL" way it is done.

Regards,

John
