Amazon Mining Holding plc is now Verde Potash Plc. Accompanying the change of name shall be a new trading symbol, 'NPK'. The changes will be effective as of market open on Tuesday, April 26, 2011.The Company's shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture and all other attributes of the Company remain unchanged.
