Yeah. I got nervous about a week ago, when I read how badly all
the other bagel chains were doing, across the board. So, I sold
out at 4.25 after a long drift down from 9 average. Obviously,
glad I did, considering how much worse it could have been. Also
agree that I can't see the path here for a successful bottomfishing
expedition.

Assuming chapter 11, what happens to holders of current shares?
