Bob, anytime you issue new shares, you dilute. We really need the details of the financing. One thing for sure is that they do need the cash, and they need to obtain it the best way they can. With high risk companies, that usually means high interest rates or share dilution. They need to obtain it, but I want to see the details to know what to expect down the road.
