as and when we try to think about all the places w/ 'stan' in their names, we must say the world is quite complicated and some 'states' are best dealt with as trading counter-parties rather than as states the new new world order, should it come to be, teotwawki, may just force states to deal with each other as equals and trading counter parties as the complications of trying to change this and build that if in misalignment with local traditions, cultures, customs, habits etc would be ... busy and thankless work space exploration may be easier and more fruitful and so merit more attention
