Mr Theodore Renner reports
Theÿ shareholdersÿ ofÿ theÿ companyÿ haveÿ approvedÿÿ specialÿÿ resolutions
authorizingÿ aÿ consolidationÿ ofÿ theÿ issuedÿ common shares and preferred
shares, series 1 on a one-for-ten basis.ÿ Theÿ companyÿ anticipatesÿ filing
articlesÿ ofÿ amendmentÿ toÿ giveÿ effectÿ to the consolidation in the near
future. The consolidation will not become effective until thoseÿ regulatory
approvalsÿ areÿ obtainedÿ andÿ theÿ articlesÿ of amendment are filed. After
giving effect to the consolidation, there will beÿ approximatelyÿ 3,629,590
shares issued.
At the special meeting, the shareholders also approved a special resolution
respectingÿ aÿ change in the name of the company from gronArctic energy inc
to gronArctic resources inc. The company expects that this changeÿ willÿ be
implemented in the near future, upon the filing of articles of amendment.
