Hi Fred, I didn't sell for any particular reason. Its just one of those stocks that did not perform the way I thought it would. I didn't make any money on it, actually lost a bit. I heard about a possible take over after I had sold it and was told selling was not wise. Also told info. may become available on this take- over, if true, within the next couple of weeks. Judging from what I have read here a takeover does make some sense. I doubt those of us in this forum are the only ones who recognize KKRO has a good product (but can not understand the performance of the companies shares). Chances are someone else has taken notice. Only time will tell. Jim P
