Ted,
Thanks for your response. I alwasy think that VOCLF is a good buy but probably it just went ahead itself. It will eventually climb up to 30s to 40s within, say a year or two, but clearly it is losing its mementum, technially speaking. On the other hand, ITDC was undervalued compared with VOCLF and NSPK one month ago, and it is picking up its slack. Technically speaking, if IDTC can break 21 on a huge volume, the upside potential is huge. I will definitely play IDTC, at least for a short term.
Of course the big boys are not going to like these internet TP take over too much business. Well, just as my friend said, MCI or AT&T can't offer 8 cents / minute 24 a day, 7 days a week! Smart people will probably choose MCI for the long distance carrier (using its 5 cents/minute Sunday bonus) and use IDT calling card the rest of the time. I have been using their net2phone direct calling card for a while and very pleased with its quality. Their net2phone direct is gonna make some serious money soon, and maybe, according to my source, now! And I believe that their international calling card business is also surging strong. Not to mention that they have more products to offer. I mean, in several quarters, IDTC should be doing great, although I am not sure how they will do in, say, 3 to 5 years. They are a good takeover candidate by the big boys.
Investors like to see that their comapnies make moeny and grow sales and revenues on a large scale. That's why while YHOO and AMZN remain exciting, people put question marks on their ability to make money and I think that they will evenetually going down. VOCLF needs to make money to silence criticism.
Also according to my source, institutional and fund managers are relocating their money from, say NSPK, VOCLF, FTEL, to IDTC. These moves will probably insure that IDTC be a nice play at least in a short period of time.
Again thanks for your help. BTW, do you think that AMZN and YHOO still good short lists? What do you think of some blue chip companies like SUNW and AMAT in the near future? Do you have some good short lists?

thanks and good luck,
larry
