Mike,

Hate to burst your bubble but my recommending a stock on the AOL board does not hold me in violation of any SEC rules. Posting something like that on SI is extremely unwise in my opinion. You are giving others the idea that they are not free to voice their opinions regarding a stock.

I clearly stated that my recommendation was based solely on my dd and indicated that I was a shareholder. Obviously, you are not privy to the numerous "investment" newsletters that circulate on the Web. I would imagine you are accusing all of those people of violating SEC rules.

I could merely tell the SEC that YOU posted that ACCY has the "potential to make a big hit". I could then call and tell them that I bought the stock as a novice investor, lost money and therefore you should be arrested.

GET REAL!!!! Posting something which would accuse me of being in violation is below the belt. I would appreciate that any comments of that nature be e-mailed to me directly - very LOW
