This was Naxos stage I recovery, the actual stage III recovery was way up. IPM could far exceed the fire assay numbers in actual recovery. Remember naxos does not have a fire assay(to my knowledge), but is rather using recovery to prove out their deposit. The FA now gives IPM the ability to delineate the resourse. This is major for credibility and share price. I don't see anything major dilution w/ the PP, the 25% premium is not high. Key is they got the $$$ from the institutions (they must know recoveries are higher or they would not have gotten the cash). The key is if the institutions come in & buy it now, ... they, not the shorts control the fate of IPM. This power might surprise alot of people inclusive of the shorts. This is not a scam. This is not going to zero. The shorts must now cover. The high short interest can ONLY come down by the shorts covering, ... this will create demand. Institutions are prepared to buy it as evidenced by the private placement, ... the unknown question is how many are lined up right now, ...to step up to the plate and buy it. Bob
