Is a child who moves to a foreign county and is adopted by a citizen of that county, uses the adopted parents name as his own then after years five or more that child returns to the US but continues to use his adopted parent's name. Then on reaching manhood decides to go back to using his original birth name. Now what is his legal name? He definitely is a citizen but of which country?
