venkie, the IDC asian report indicated that dell isn't even a player in far east. cpq and ibm are the tops and they don't sell much there either. DELL CANNOT BE HURT BY ASIA, IT CAN ONLY HELP THEM... didn't we read the report on asia , i and others posted it.. dell cannot be hurt in asia. I even predict that it will help them..they are a small player right now (listed in the other catagory). I think they move up. i and others posted the IDC report last week. maybe I can find it if you want to see it.
