Mike, when was the 10Q filed? It still doesn't show up on an Edgar search.

Your interpretations pretty much sum it up. Everyone knows that APM is behind. Everybody knows they are having problems. This is not new news!

As for the 10Q, though, I think you can interpret it different ways, probably based on whether you are a bear or a bull.

First, I doubt you have a very good understanding of what a "pico form factor" is. They seem to make a big deal about it (mention it a few times), as they should. What it allows them to do is double their capacity on existing fabs for TFI. Yields are low right now because they are still perfecting the process. However, yields will improve starting this quarter. This will allow them to lower their price and make TFI more cost effective. Remember, a 1.7 GB head is very close to 2.1 MR but with the pico form factor, APM should really be able to sell them in volume and therefore at a lower price.

As for MR, APM is gaining customers. Can you say QUALIFICATION? That means sending them samples over a period of time. It won't be instantaneous.

Again, does anyone know when the report was filed? Will it be new info to traders on Monday?

Brian
