After the sin in the garden, God put enmity between Eve, and satan (the serpent) AND between his "seed" and her "seed". What or who is his "seed"? And why enmity. And why did God greatly multiply her sorrow in "conception", what did her conception have to do with the sin?..Plus getting evicted from the garden, and cursing the ground, and sweat for bread. Why so much punishment, and so many curses, and on her conception, and even the "seed" of satan? All this just for eating an Apple? I think not...
Something else that I am perplexed by. Why is the geneology of Cain not listed in Adam's geneology Gen.5 ? He has his own geneology Gen. 4:17.And why are the names of their seeds so similiar?
And what was the "mark" God put upon Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him Gen.4:15... and who is "anyone"?..... And how did the "mark" serve to stop them from killing him?
Just a couple of pretty perplexing questions... Looking for some serious consideration, and maybe consideration is all there is, maybe not.
