OKS Announced $1 Billion of New NGL Infrastructure Projects: The
projects entail constructing a new 570-plus mile NGL pipeline, reconfiguring
the Sterling I and II NGL distribution pipelines to transport either raw or purity
NGLs and constructing a new 75 Mbpd NGL fractionator in Mont Belvieu.
Our take: OKS is addressing the market need to accommodate growing
supplies of Mid-Continent NGLs and connect them to petrochemical markets
in the Gulf Coast. These projects fit well within OKS’ existing asset footprint
and successful execution of these projects should equate to 5 to 7%
accretion in distributable cash flow based on our model.

ETP / EPD Announced JV to Develop Crude Pipeline from Cushing to
the Gulf Coast:
Last week, ETP and EPD announced a 50/50 JV to design
and construct a 584-mile (354 miles of new construction) crude pipeline from
Cushing, OK to Houston, TX. The project would add ~500 MBbls of storage
capacity and an outlet for more than 400 MBbl/d of crude oil at Cushing,
where crude oil is currently priced at a discount due to lack of infrastructure.
EPD expects to have firm, long term contracts within the next 60 days.
