i think a fundamental problem in the way we state price "targets" is the way the reader reads the statement. We, the stater, are not specific enough with our statements, so its their fault.

example:

i think it'll be $4

reply: You're nuts and your donkey too!

goodest example:
i think $3 is 5% likely, $4 10%, $5 15%, $6 50%, $8 15%, $9 15%

adding to 100% is good.

of course NOT adding to 100% is gooder.

adding to 110% is the goodest.
