Mike, this is a classic accumulation phase, don't you see? The selling is still there but this time there are people and/or MM's who are accumulating and that is why the price is not dropping anymore. This accumulating process will continue until the sellers are done and the selling dries up. By that time demand will exceed supply and the share price will bounce. Bob P. Lewis says now is the "BUY" point, Jason bought for technical reasons, J.F.Jones is sounding the trumpet, even Stephanie is adding her two cents here, no doubt J.H.Flint will pop up to sound the charge again and ISGI will continue to assault the marketplace with more good news.
