The depreciation schedule does not validate ownership. During the course of due diligence, has anyone learned the names of those responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll? How many are employeed in the US and how many qualify for the benefit program? The number of employees are listed for their operations in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, but the employees in the US were not mentioned. Does anyone know how the company is organized from this standpoint?
