"War lords and terrorist groups imposing their authority are hardly a libertarian dream."

Probably not. Reality is, though, that is what you wind up with when you implement Libertarian principles. There has never been a case, in all of human history, where anything else has resulted. Sure, you can take the stance that it has never been really tried. But the same can be said of pure socialistic principles. The reality is that both, when practiced in even a small extent, leads to disaster.

And the reality of no rules or regulations has a much longer and uniform history. It has always lead to strong men and war lords. Without exception. Period.

As I have mentioned before, the Libertarian dream is the Wild West. There is a reason why it was such a sort period and the dream was to have a local sheriff to impose order. The alternatives sucked for everyone but the ones who exploited everyone else.

Do you style yourself as an exploiter?
