These stocks are so violently unpredictable you have to ride the downside because the only reason to own them is tremendous upside, not the 10%/20% etc.

Maybe the stock rises to $26 during the period, then falls to $20 for the next three years. He couldn't sell at $26 because of the overlying call option. If you're willing to get out at $26, just put in a limit order for $26 1/4 and it'll happen in the next month, if not this month.
