Mike,

those transactions that were questioned as not being made at arms length were made with related parties. apparently the Erkhin transaction was not considered to have been made with a related party.

I realize the Nelson transaction is not a convertible issue. I was making an analogous situation (see the middle section on item 9 in the website where they discuss shorting in order to drive the price down so that more shares must be issued , those shares are then used to cover). I saw the potential for a similar possibility with the Nov. 30 deadline.
