I can't comment because I have windows 3.1 and so (ironically) can only use netscape for a browser.

However, I was amused to read a review of IE4 in the washington post a few weeks back, talked of all the nifty features but the last paragraph cracked me up to paraphrase, " the only pesky thing about this product is that my computer crashed several times while runnning Internet Explorer"
