So you are saying it's un-natural to the human social psyche. Interesting conversation, and you are absolutely right.

Humans are the most socialistic species on the planet. The reason we've dominated every other species is that we cooperate. To build a car takes thousands of people, each subjecting their own freedom for 8 hours a day to the will and profit of others, and each trading that service for the service of others giving up their freedom to make other products or provide services. We make ant farms look like chaos; we spend every second of every day obeying without question 10,000 societal rules and laws. It's deep in our DNA and it's the reason we dominate this planet. Watch rush hour traffic, no creature is as supplicant to the social will as humans.

It's not surprising that libertarians would rebel from the huge human societal restraints. It's suffocating at times. But frankly it's our strength as a species. Fighting it is tilting at windmills.
