Joe, Please do not get the impression I am calling you stupid. Quite the contrary. You seem to be the only one smart enough to look at these numbers realistically. As fas as Morgan and Breton's 2 million share go, I would like to see some hard numbers regarding how many have been sold and how many may be locked up. There is also this clause in the S-8 regarding disposal if they are terminated. If their resignation acts as a trigger to dispose of shares, this could be significant. I think the float is larger than Riley thinks. Besides, since these guys know you all have a huge appetite for these shares, why not sell you some?
