Kim: I am not long nor short IPMCF, I have been long few times, but always shook like an autunm leaf (VBG), so I am not sure if you will accept me as impartial. But let me put it in a much simpler way. Will I get in on Monday and buy the stock? Strange question, you have to attach a price to that question, it closed above 5 and I am not sure if the release was out and for how long. But assuming the release was post closing, I will not step in front of the freight train. We are right now, IMHO at exactly the same place we were when the drid of 121 holes was announced and given the blessing of BD (some of the results are even lower that the then accepted average of 0.046 Oz/ton). The release states that we will not have a resource determination for another 12 to 18 months. This therefore will bring the stock back to those late 1996 levels or lower, since we now have more shares, and we promised Phoenix (Omega) a bundle of money which we have not paid. At the time, I was castigated for suggesting that eventually we will be dealing with 40 MM shares, I think that before this saga is over and before we have a mine we might indeed have that many shares. If the new debemtures has an Wakll Street Financial engineers working on it, youd better believe that is what could very wwell happen. When those guys find a company with its back to the wall, as IPMCF seems to be right now, they go for the killing, nothing less.
