Okay - so you're saying we may see an additional 500,000 to 866,000 shares hitting the market that aren't included in the float. Now bear with me, those numbers include the stock they have in hand and more stock at today's prices to make up the gauruntee. Do you, offhand, have the split adjusted shares of the stock that they actually own? If not, I'll look it up, I'm busy doing real work right now. I'm asking because I'm trying to seperate your opinoin from fact. I assume you are implying that Morgan is already issuing these shares to make up the gauruntee, right? Otherwise, only those split adjusted shares that they own could be hitting the market, right? I reread and it looks like I'm busting hump, but I'm really trying to see what you're getting at. This way, questions can be asked of the company if necessary.
