Because geophysics only locates places o&g might be, it can't determine whether its there. Exploratory dry holes still get drilled all the time. No, I'm not SURE there is oil in ANWR or any of the other places liberals are preventing exploration in .... only that its a reasonably good bet .... and its stupid for to boycott our own likely energy reserves.
