Here are two ideas:

(1) Some people think the stock is being manipulated to squeeze the small investors out so the big money can get it at a bargain rate.

(2)The stock rose so fast and a lot of people got caught up in the boom and then got burned when the bubble burst. Because there was a lot of money lost. I believe these people are selling into any rally the stock may have to get their money back.

One thing I've noticed (though I only check the stock once in a while) is most of the purchases (sales at ASK or fractions close to the ASK) seem to be very large blocks (1000 shares or more) where most of the sales (at Bid) are small blocks of 100 to 200 shares.

Take your pick.
