As long as RMIL gets the cash, they can pay off the difference in value in cash. At most it would be [200,000+1,500,000+250,000] = $1,950,000 You're about to say, "what if they don't get the cash in time?". The answer is that they could negotiate with the other party to give them extra time. Kurt
