Locating in big, expensive, heavily regulated centers like, London, New York etc, makes less sense with each advance in technology. You are the epitome of the future trader/entrepreneur, mac/i-phone/i-pad/skype from your bedroom, in touch with the world, who needs London? Of course, with the current trend of property prices in HK we may soon read the same article about companies leaving HK for similar reasons.<gg>
