What if it isn't a loan, but is in fact a convertable debenture. I think that interest rate is reasonable (7.25%). I believe AIPN had debentures that were at 8%. Either the company pays off the loan at the end of 5 years, or issues shares for the market value at the time. 5 years is a long time from now. Kurt
