you know where i'd rather go to than hanging out in an Apple store ?

The Pixar campus in Emeryville , Ca ....now that would be fun ....

Have nothing but respect for Jobs when he 1rst rounded off the corners of of the Macs , offered them in colors when all you could get from DELL was heavy black brick door stops ....very ugly & very square . Amazed me all thru the 90's these unimaginative fools couldn't figure out how to offer a PC in a more streamlined cool & colorful box (dummys). Jobs wasn't a genius , he just took more LSD than the rest of them , very true . lol

Also love the image that AAPL projects internationally & the spirit & imagination it sparks in the minds & hearts of people , like a great ambassador of beautifuly crafted tech engineering . Its an image that represents us well and few corps in History have done it better . Again the tough hip & & adventurous Jobs in action with an eye to the beauty & symbolism that is inherent in human communication & dreams...merged with scientific discovery & expansion of human knowledge .

But you would have had to have grown up near SF & the times Steve & Woz in the peninsula grew up . I have friend that was driving a tie~dyed taxi in Berkeley that became one of the founding fathers of PC World Mag . ;o)

BTW , if you check back a couple of weeks , i was the one buying AAPL at the $320 pivot the morning the S&P downed the US Debt , AAPL was getting pounded on the NDX reballancing news & called the 40pt run back into earnings two days later to within $1 . Can show you the links if you like ...

actually i could have picked up shrs that morning for $319.96 but was a litle slow !!
