Bob,

<< "even though it's not at a discount, say 80%". How do they discount a convertible note?>>

There are a lot of different kinds out there, and I am by no means an expert. The only detail I saw in the pr was 125% of stock price... well,
stock price when? over 5 days? which 5 days. what is the time period to convert? If I give you $1000 dollars, and you give me a note saying by Dec. 15, you can have 1050 worth of stock, purchases at 125% of the average price of the stock over the preceeding 5 days. Well, I'd want my $1050 to buy as many shares as possible, eh? I, like everyone else here is just speculating. We've got to see the details to decide exactly what this is.

No, I'm not hung up on reg. s placements, just depends on the details. I always give a hard look at a convertible, though. I'm not trying to be negative here, Bob. Just want all the details, and I think it's important they be discussed openly, pros and cons. Sorry, but I don't want one shareholder making the call, and telling me "don't worry your pretty little head, it's all going to be o.k.".
