How will Japan's bank failures affect Cymer's activities in Japan?

How did the Savings and Loan failures in the US affect the semiconductor equiptment companies? I can't think of any effects, can you?

However, if the Yen falls in value relative to the Dollar (which it will), Japanese products will fall in price relative to their American competition. This could limit profit margins.
