Leslie,

The original "red herring" prospectus (as the initial one's are called) stated that 2 million shares would be issued at $13.50 /share. Increasing both the price and quantity changed it from a "hot" to a "cold", IPO. I cancelled my indication for C3 last Wednesday when I heard 3 million shares were to be sold. I would consider buying C3 on a dip. It does have long term potential to do well.

I do view this, however, as a successful IPO, for both C3, and holders of CREE. Both companies will benefit from the capital that has been raised. It appears to me that the 3 Hunter brothers are attempting to work together in creating great value from their technology achievments in both of these companies.

regards,
glen
