Mike: I see it closed the week at $3.53 on 263.9K share traded. This looks like accumulation to me. The significance of the ST&P visit to me is that they are on the MOVE. It is not going to be years before we see some results from Africa I would have to conclude. Also we should have some production results from Utah soon. And then there is the elusive financing which is bound to come through one of these days in view of their prospective deals. All this and heavy volume indicates to me that we are headed higher. Anyone have any similar or different thoughts? Regards, Jeff
