I dont see why the largest countries in Asia will not continue to
grow in the forseeable future. China and India both have a
considerable way to go in building out their basic infrastructure.
The only Asian domestic economies I see in considerable trouble
are Japan and Korea. Both these countries are investing huge sums
in other Asian countries. Japanese domestic economy is going to
be in a downtrend for several years as the export component of
the economy shrinks to about half the economy instead of the
current 2/3. Korea is suffering because of their large dependence
on Japanese domestic economy. The other Asian Tigers
Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia will benefit from the
South Asian and Chinese expansion. So net net I dont see in
aggregate a slowdown in Asia. Just some shifting around. My
opinion.

The Japanese market could continue to slide and that might take the market and CAT lower. I dont see CAT closing below 40. Most probably the stock will bottom out right here in the mid to low 40's.
