Joe, Thanks for all the good references. Looks like the potential is
very bright. Whatever it is, however, the market is not believing
it. While last week showed a little gain, this week is back to its
losing ways. For the week the index dropped 5 percent. FSII holders
were 1 of 6 out of 37, however, to have a winning week.
