Richard, I'm definately having a problem with the math of "any convertible that is driven down to buy at a lower price(i.e. average of the last 5 trading days, etc.) is always a "premium" to the current price."
Won't the driven-down 'current' price necessarily be lower than its 5-day MA?
Perhaps you, like Kim, are only saying they can drive it down to a MA of 1 and that $1.25 is less than $4.75?

Did AKSEF and EXSO convert at a premium?
