Dave... sadly @ 55 I've come to the realisation (Canucky spelling note the 's' :o) that democracy sucks for large populations.. institutions and institutionalised ideas become entrenched.. and the inertia is insurmountable ... I am thinking power should be at state (province in my case) level and only cursory at the federal level... We are more powerful at the provincial level than you guys at the state level I believe... but we have enough Federal; level power to screw things up... B
