Hi,

I am new here. I would like to throw in a stock for discussion.

Corinthian Colleges (COCO)is a for profit post secondary education company. The stock price is at historically low. P/B 0.65, P/S 0.18 P/E (trailing) 6. (Source: WSJ database)

The company along with the industry has been under heavy negative publicity since a year ago and facing uncertainty due to federal government's proposed plan to regulate the industry. The near term outlook is not good.

However, given the low price, if current setback is temporary, this may well be a interesting value play. I do not have much special knowledge or insight in this industry to make an educated guess on whether this setback will be temporary or not.
Any thoughts or comments are welcome.
