I agree. I am watching INTC now as a possible dividend stock on a big enough drop in price. This ought to tell you enough about what the market thinks about the innovation they have brought with their cash:



Also I see the buy back a bit different.
"since 1990, it has bought ... 3.6 billion shares in total" or
"since 1990, employees have sold 3.6 billion in shares total"
