Okay this is what I know and some of what I think. First, the Individual Investor began covering this issue way long time ago, so they've got in early. The stock has been stepping up in levels and to me it followed O'Neill dynamics. It has multiple patents, some from IBM and their recurring revenues are supposed to be good. Tons of engineers and designers use CAD so it's protocols are entrenched already. Is Manufacturing of RP and tooling (new word I just learned but didn't look it up so I don't know if that's accurate) growing at a good clip? How about increasing profit margins, etc. They are distributing internationally, so they have a wide market. They have competition, and who knows maybe someday they all may form alliances if that is in their best interest.
In addition to II, the newsletter just started to give this stock a buy. I don't follow it all the time, but it is a hot newsletter from what I see. Not all of their stocks become gems, but many of them do, and some pretty much attain escape velocity due to momentum investing. Just watch out for the pull of gravity cause if you don't have enough sustainable energy, you can experience some volatility and turbulence. This is only in some cases though. I'm not going to say what the newletter's name is because info is proprietary.
The short interest may be high on this stock and so it's possible there could be a squeeze in the future and momentum investors love sqeezing the living daylights from shorts. It's fun and you can't help but giggle when that happens. |
