.25 shares MCD would give a take-over price of close to $12. Not bad if true. I too have heard about the McDonalds deal. There was a scheduled announcement back in August, but the talks broke down. A few days ago I heard that the deal was still on the table. Rumors continue... I heard BOST was looking at KKRO in addition to MCD. Who knows.. time will tell. Fred
