This group has NOT historically traded at book value, or anything close. In the depths of the sell-off last fall some companies fell below book value, but this was an anomaly. The vast majority of the time semi-equipt stocks in general and KLIC specifically have traded well above their book value - check the chart and see what percentage of the time KLIC has traded below $13, if you would like documentation of this fact.
